Color and shape of most bottles are typically defined by the varietal of wine being put in the bottle. There are always exceptions to the rule of coarse. Burgundy usually house pinot's and syrah's- antique green colored glass, chardonnay- dead leaf green and as of late more antique- some also use French green. Many rhone style wines also go in antique green burgundy. Viogner would also be a popular choice for burgundy, dead leaf green being most popular. Both come in cork and stelvin (screwcap) finish.
