Where can I find info regarding approximately how much distillate one can get from a specific volume of wash? e.g. 100 liters of wheat/barley wash will yield how many liters of distillate? I realize it will fluctuate with the input, type of still, etc., but was wondering if there is a source for ballpark figures to help estimate cost per bottle for a business plan. I imagine it depends on still type and input (e.g. - fruit, grain type, etc.); however, is there a guideline for how much distillate you can get from a certain batch size?
