Folks were very nice. Unfortunately, unless you order over10,000 units there is no price break. Just the price listed on their website. Thanks to Kinnek for trying.

SKS was wonderful. We requested one type of item, and they had exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. They sent us a sample so we could check it before we ordered it. Further into our project we needed another size jar and they were able to supply that as well. Everything was shipped in a timely manner and we received exactly what we were promised. I would recommend them highly.
They ship the products in huge boxes that cost more in shipping than i paid for the product.

SKS Bottle & Packaging Inc. is the worst company EVER!!! I have been waiting for my products since last week. I placed an order on Thursday and my order STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. I was told my order would ship today and that was a LIE!!! It has not shipped and I have customers waiting for their orders!!! Their customer service sucks!!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM SKS BOTTLE & PACKAGING!!!

I am the owner of a new business in AZ that produces salsas. SKS made my search for packaging my salsas easy. They were far cheaper than most suppliers, especially with their "bulk" buying option. We will continue to use them as our business grows. The only negative I can see is the only shipping method they have is UPS which is quite expensive even for economy ground delivery. If they added other means of shipping ( maybe Fed-Ex hint hint) which is much cheaper, they would be perfect!
Haven't had time to use product yet so I cannot rate the quality...but the look exactly like I expected...communication and shipping time was excellent

I found their customer service to be very rude. I ordered a product with not enough lids, no one said a word. When I called them to inquire about the purchase of additional lids because their shipping was so high, the gal pretty much told me too bad, we charge a base shipping. Would have been nice if someone would have reviewed the order, and let me know before it shipped their was an error. $20.00 to ship a one pound box is ridiculous.
This company does not answer the phone provided here or on packing slips. Customer support via chat on the website assured me a "sauce" bottle with lug caps will hold carbonation. When bottles arrived, it was clear they would not. I continue to try to contact this company to discuss my order and get no one.
I havent received product yet but tracking is on target for 2 day delivery on ground. I needed to change order SKS customer service (I believe Katie) took it off the truck and modified the order and put it on the truck to ship all with a smile in her voice....nice service!
Shipping has always been great until they used freight and my shipment was lost. I ended up getting my shipment after 21 days and only had 4 days to prep for a show. They were good in communicating with me, but I had to track it down for them.

We waited 3 and a half weeks for bottles that they kept promising would be showing up. Finally yesterday, the owner of Workhorse talked to them and they don't have them in stock. He spoke to a manager, he never apologized, didn't seem to have any interest in the problem that was caused. He had been calling them for 8 days, wondering where his order was, no one would return his call. Had they told him he would have looked else where. He told him that and he had no response to it. Very poor people skills. He has a major bottling job this weekend and had to order from someone else and pay a large overnight charge. I just figured you would want to know what their customer service was like.
I ordered and have received the product promptly from this company. Very responsive, at a good price too!
