What a terrible experience. They were great when they were taking our money but worthless once they got it. We were told the machines were "new" and that our current software on our smartcards would work. Unfortunately the machines were 2012 models and weren't compatible at all with our Smartware Pro which didn't really matter because the first 2 machines we unwrapped and placed didn't work. The first one had a bad refrigeration deck and the second the keypad didn't work. These new 2012 machines had several error codes from 2012 and one even had $21 in existing change already in it. To make the experience even worse they charged us $1200 to send back the machines and then another $1800 for supposed damages to the machines from shipping which they never sent pictures of and self admitted they were sending machines that already had blemishes in the first place. So we basically gave them $3000 to receive new 2012 machines that didn't work, weren't compatible with our software, were scratched up, had existing error codes and even had change in them. To make things even worse the QC guy who obviously did a terrible job in the first place was as rude as anyone I have ever talked to. Pics on website are not what you get at all those are 2015/2016 machines. These are far from it and can't imagine a worse $18,000 experience. Stay away unless you like new old stuff.

the service was great, if only the soda machine didn't have so many problems. It is a hassle and people dont trust it now so profit went way down. I don't live where it is so when it does work it is for a few days
